VULCAN: VULnerability Cascade Analysis for Networked Infrastructure tool

VULCAN is a modular AI platform that builds up-to-date knowledge graphs and risk assessments of critical infrastructure networks. This project uses a Miami FIFA World Cup scenario as a proof of concept to model and characterize impacts to healthcare infrastructure. VULCAN is a unique cross-section of Global Health and Homeland Defense that aims to strengthen emergency response and national resilience.
