Analyzing Volumetric Neuroimaging: Using Datasets to Recognize Synaptic Patterns

This work investigates the use of publicly available neuroscience datasets to give critical insight into the neuroscience of development and degenerative disease such as Parkinson's. This effort combines open source data (often hosted by APL), open source software, and neuroscience domain knowledge to give insight into the structure and function of brains.
