Modeling Operational Workflows with Python Based Discrete Event Simulation

This project will develop a Python based discrete event simulation to model a notional operational workflow, including arrivals, queues, and service processes. By running scenarios under different configurations, we will analyze system performance metrics such as wait times and throughput to identify bottlenecks and potential improvements.
