Aerial Swarming in Search and Rescue Over Water Using Small Target Motion Reactions: Multi-Agent Systems in the Commerical and Defense Sector

Aerial swarming theory has been dominated by concensus and coverage, while the application space and actual vehicles used are much more diverse. This work explores new aerial-coordination ideas and the methods underlying them, as well as their applicability to specific defense and commercial spaces.
