ATOM: APL Ticket Origination & Management

ATOM is a website that helps software product users report bugs or request features in applications or programs by filling out a form and submitting a ticket.

ATOM also allows users to view other tickets that individuals have made. Internally, ATOM utilizes requests made to the GitLab

REST API, allowing developers to optimally address incoming issues. This process reduces user cognitive load, improves the efficiency of issue tracking, and streamlines software upgrades.
